- Saturday, January 20: Board & Sponsor Dinner, 6-8pm
- Sunday, January 21: Event kicks off at 1pm followed by Welcome Reception
- Monday, January 22: Conference sessions 8am to 5pm followed by dinner on the lawn
- Tuesday, January 23: Event wraps up by noon
