  • Sunday, January 18: Conference sessions 8am to 5pm followed by Welcome Reception
  • Monday, January 19: Conference sessions 8am to 5pm followed by dinner

The Ritz-Carlton Naples Tiburón is offering the group rate ($399 +$35 Resort Fee USD) for 3 days prior to and following the event. Rate display includes mandatory Resort Fee of $35, which includes access to Reservoir Water Park, Driving Range, 2 Beach Chairs at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, Resort Shuttle and WiFi. Taxes and Fees are subject to change without notice. Valet Parking is available at the Resort for $20 and Self Parking for $30, assessed nightly.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled until 7 days prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations received after 7 days prior to arrival will assess a one night room + tax penalty.


Transportation

Southwest Florida International Airport is 21 miles from the property and Naples Municipal Airport is 10 miles away. The hotel does not provide shuttle service.
