The Council of State Chambers (COSC) is the national organization for state chamber CEOs and their executive leadership. The purpose of COSC is to promote cooperation among state chambers of commerce, strengthen existing state chambers, and promote the extensions of the state chamber of commerce movement throughout the country.

Missouri Chamber Named 2019 State Chamber of The Year

The Council of State Chambers is pleased to announce that the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry has been named the 2019 State Chamber of the Year. "This is a tremendous honor for our organization as well as the thousands of member companies and local chambers of commerce that support the Missouri Chamber," said Daniel P. 37 State Chambers of Commerce Urge Congress to Make Infrastructure Investment a Top Priority

The Council of State Chambers delivered a letter — signed by 37 state chambers — to congressional leaders urging the 115th Congress to make infrastructure investment a top priority. Thank you to all the chambers that joined the effort, led by the co-chairs of COSC's Transportation & Infrastructure Committee, Seth Millican (Georgia Chamber of Commerce) and Ben Brockschmidt (Illinois Chamber of Commerce), and with support from the U.S. Chamber's Transportation team.
